    Who am I?

    Hi, I'm Kevin.
A software engineer by profession , a trained chef in a previous career, and an organic gardener by passion. My journey into gardening wasn’t planned. As someone living with diabetes, I struggled with the impact of processed foods on my health. When the pandemic hit, I found myself at home, looking for ways to take control of my well-being. That’s when I turned to organic gardening.

What started as a simple backyard experiment quickly became a life-changing pursuit. Growing my own vegetables not only transformed my diet but also reshaped my entire outlook on health and wellness.

Now, I’m on a mission to help others—especially those in urban spaces—to discover the power of growing their own food. Whether you have a backyard, a balcony, or just a few pots on a windowsill, I believe that anyone can cultivate a thriving organic garden to save money and take control of their health.

Join me as I share tips, lessons, recipes and insights from my journey—let’s grow together!
